New chick (and duck) momma here!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes! I am a new chicken owner! We just got them around the end of May!
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 6, hoping for more!
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have bantam Cochins! 4 different colors!
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I always search questions and this is always my go to for answers!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love bird watching, building things, gardening and being outside
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have 4 daughters, a son, and 3 stepsons. We have 2 chihuahuas and expecting little puppies hopefully in about 1.5 months. We also have 4 Pekin ducks that I believe one is a buff duck. We live on about 7 acres and all our animals are completely free range. We love our little home filled with blackberries, mulberries and raspberries. I’m glad to be a memeber here and share our little journey with our first “farm”!
