New chick + blood in poop

I picked up a Blue Splash Silkie from a chicken swap yesterday in Chichester, NH and last night she had some blood in her stool. Today we found another somewhat bloody stool in the brooder as well. She's acting completely fine--running around, drinking, eating, etc. but our Black Sexlink was a bit "bullyish" with her. Nothing violent, more of a running towards her puffed up kind of thing. Could the blood in the stool be caused by stress? I did a search on here and found a link to a poop page and the Silkie's poop looked like the shed intestinal lining rather than the cocci bloody poop. If I see it again I will definitely take a pic and post it.
