New chick, bum leg

I was just given this chick due to its bum leg. She's still able to hobble around and doesn't appear to be in pain. The store wasn't able to put her with the other chicks due to the leg. I'm new to chickens but not to nursing needy animals. Hoping to have some guidance as to what this may be. It seems to stick out to the side most of the time and even looks a bit twisted. Is this something I can help with nutritionally? Maybe physical therapy? I'm hoping it's something that can be helped. Thanks in advance!!
