New chick here>>>> LOL question about mini incubator

Greetings, I just purchased a mini 7 egg incubator and of course it came out of China with not tips. So here it is, there are several holes on the bottom of the inside of it and that's where the water gets added to, but it does NOT say "fill to here" or "fill line". So does the water cover the wholes or is that a fan of some sort? I get my babies in 3 days and want to know whats what. I just got it today and am exhausted searching the internet and naturally contacting the seller is a lost case! HELPPPPP
