New chick introduction!

When can I introduce my new chicks to my older ones?? I have 5 week old chicks I would like to introduce soon and was wondering if they should be a certain size or age??

as long as they are full feathered and by 5 weeks like yours they should be good. they will get picked on by the older ones just because they are messing up the pecking order so it must be made right again. i put my chicks in the coop at 4 weeks old and they get picked on and now my ones that are 2 months old pick on the older ones lol.

Thanks much!! I thought they only needed to be feathered out...I suppose the best time to put them in with the others would be in the evening??

i put mine in the day time but kept them in their own little cage. so everyone could see them but no one can hurt them
