New chick is wobbly and clumsy

Help! One of my chicks is not walking right she wobbles and spins. She sleeps with her head on the ground standing up. She is the littlest one in my flock... Named her Tipsy. I've only had her for two days and she has been doing this since I got her.

Have you checked for pasty bum? I had one that slept like that when he had pasty bum. Clean it with warm water (make sure to dry her off completely) put veg oil on her vent.

No pasty butt, she falls when she drinks like she disoriented.
