New chick making ckicking sound when breathing. Not a lot of energy.Any answers?

I want to save her if I can. Just new and not familiar with things that could be wrong.
I have given it a few drops of water in case it dehydrated.
ANY ADVICE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

You can get the packet of Electrolyte powder to mix with water & give it to your chick. Because I have chicks hatching, I have it on hand just in case. I have had to help three out of their shells, they pipped, but never zipped. the first two will be 3 weeks old on Wed. & Thurs. The last one I helped an hour ago, so she/he is still trying out under the heat lamp.
