Hi all, my name is Randi.
I am a first time chicken momma. We bought 15 chicks last week from TSC.
We were told we bought 5 Wyandotte, 5 leghorns and 5 cream legbars… (well, they are definitely not leg bars)
But that’s ok, we’ll find out soon enough, and then we can get the ones we wanted in the first place (eventually).
CHICKEN MATH!

My husband and I are raising our 2&4yo in a homesteading style, getting back to the basics
We moved to a rural area last fall and started this journey then. We love the outdoors, and going on adventures.

I’ve added a photo of our chicks (and not legbars) as well
Happy and excited to be here and on this new journey!
