new chick not doing so good

My order from mt. healthy came yesterday , one of the rir babies is not doing so good, It doesnt want to eat or drink we have dipped its little beak i dont know how many times pecked in the food , gave boiled egg and everything we can't get it to eat and she wont drink by herself. all she wants to do is stand there with her eyes shut and wings dropped . But she did make it through the night . Im gonna boil some more eggs and try that again and keep dipping in save a chick water, any more suggestions? oh and last night its little crop was bulged out to the side. and empty but dh said he could feel a little bit of starter in there but not much.

Sometimes chicks do not weather shipping too well. I lost 2 of 10 last year. Sometimes it just takes them a couple of days to get over it and start eating. I think I'd just make sure she's warm and cozy and let whatever happens happen.
