New chick on the block.

Hi everyone,

I just joined because I stumbled on this forum and got hooked.

I currently live in a development. BIG mistake and a long story that I won't bore you with. My husband and I will be looking for a house in the country this spring and I am excited to get back to the things I love like gardening and PRIVACY...

I plan on raising chickens as well.
I had chickens when I was a kid but I am an old chick and that was a long time ago I have forgotten a lot of things.

I am hoping to learn as much as I can before we move so I can hit the ground running and minimize my failures and losses as much as possible.
