Hello I'm brand new to the world of raising chickens. I just got something I wanna get off my chest:

I have three Buff Obingtons, and three Americuanas all at about their third week. I only have them on their baby food, and a baby cake hanging from a wooden pole. Their poop is really runny, nasty

smelling, and relatively larger poops. I'm scared that something might be wrong, but I check their butts and they don't seem to have any poop stuck to them. Is there something I'm failing to feed them? Or is it something else?

Welcome to BYC!

Chick poop never smells very good. But if the poop is really getting runny and possibly dark in color, reddish or blackish, it is possible they have coccidiosis. Are they eating and drinking ok? What color is the poop? Anybody sitting in the corner all fluffed up and not doing much? If they have these symptoms of cocci, you will want to get them started on Corid. You can get this from the feed store. It is put in the water for 5 days, sole drinking water.

Are you using any vitamins, electrolytes or anything else to the water? As these can cause runs and diarrhea. Over heating can cause diarrhea as well. The temp should be down near 80 or so at this point.

Keep us posted on this. I hope you can get it figured out soon.

yeah it's a blackish color, to a light brown poop.
