new chick walks strangely

I'm new to chicks, and one of them kicks his right leg behind him when he walk . Is this a form of spradle leg. I was told he was 5 days old, but he is much smaller than the other chicks and has fewer wing feathers.

It does sound like spraddle leg and it's easy to treat. Cut a bandaid in half, long ways, and the legs should be about as far apart as the white area on the bandaid, and put it around the legs. Don't worry if it can't walk with the tape, they learn real quick
