My name is Chris I live an Massachusettes and I just got my first chickens. My wife is Caryn and we have two children Avianna(3) and Jack(9 months). We got four year old barred rocks and so far they are great. I made their coop out of an old dog house and attached a run. We are already enjoying their eggs and company. I will post pics of the girls and the coop as soon as I can figure out how to do it from this iPad. Thanks this site has been a giant help to us so far.
