New chicken keeper

I’m trying to figure out which batch the two that are sick came from.
Are the two sick pullets from the last batch of 5 salmon favorelle chicks or the 2 you kept from a larger batch that was split with a friend?
They're the two that came from the batch I split with my friend. I really don't think they're sick. I think they were alone so long that they really don't know how to chicken. The pic of them outside the coop is the first time they have ventured out in 3 days. The second pic is of them on their roost. I really don't think they're sick. I think they're terrified of the other birds. I take dishes of food to them on their roost so they will eat, and I take them water. I know they have to endure the pecking order initiation, but it seems that most of the birds ignore them with a couple that are pretty harsh with them.

Welcome to BYC. You have a large flock, and I'll bet they haven't found their places in the flock.
Do you have plenty of room? Around 4 sq ft each in the coop, 12" each roosting space, and 12 sq ft each or more in the run? More space per bird is better. Are there places for the new girls to hide or get out of site? Multiple feeders and waterers?

Welcome to BYC. The new birds will have to be fed separately until they integrate into the flock. Right now they are most likely being pecked at by the established flock members.
I just came in from giving them "breakfast in bed". I have a plastic deli cup I use to scoop the girls treats with. I stood there and held it for them to eat fly larvae, and then crumble/scratch mix, and then finally water. I shooed everyone away from the coop, took them off the roost and put them on the floor so they could scratch in peace but they went right back up on the roost.
