Hello
I am new to keeping chickens. I'm from the UK but I live in France.
Currently we have 3 chickens (unfortunately one died recently) I have no idea what breed they are, but I will post a picture!
I love seeing my chickens every day they are so curious and relatively easy to keep, and the bonus is the eggs.
I'm trying to grow vegetables too but not too much luck there..
I moved to France 3 years ago with my partner and my daughter for a more rural way of living. We had 2 dogs but one passed recently (14yrs) the other is a border collie and we inherited 4 kittens when we moved in, but kept 2 of them.
I joined this group to understand the technicalities of keeping chickens and to keep an eye out for things that might go wrong, and to keep my hens happy.
Thanks for letting me join
