The older child should be a big help around the place too

The older child is a HUGE help! He can't wait to learn how to build the coop. I am looking at plans and showing them to him so he gets an idea of what mom wants and what it will look like step by step. He is loving being a chicken brother.

I was definitely thinking cloverbuds for the 4 year old. He will be 5 in August and is super excited for the chickens.
