We'll start with :hugs :hugs Yes your pvc is a nipple waterer, you fill the pipe with water and they can drink from the nipples. That said, they don't drink when they are sleeping. You'll want your main roost higher than the nest boxes. You've come a long way. Don't get discouraged if you hear conflicting information from us... There are many different styles of husbandry. Ultimately, you need to find what fits you.

Thank you for your reply! There is a lot of information that my husband and I are sifting through to determine what is accurate and what will work for us. We didn’t know there was so much to chickens!! But we love learning about them and try to “fix whatever we find is broken”. They seem to be happy for the most part which is the most important part, right? 😁
