Hello! Going to use the questions given to fill this out

1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I am new to chickens and ended up getting some due to a wild chicken in my yard.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I would say 5 but 1 does not stay the night.

(3) What breeds do you have?I have 2 Silkies, 1 cream legbar, 1 blue cuckoo, I think the other one is a silver phoenix bantam

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I love watching the free range it brings my anxiety and stress down so much

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I love crafting things and am a bit of a pc gamer

I have 3 kids and 3 cats we just lost one due to heart disease. I found this site just searching for chicken information and if it is Something I can do.
 
She showed up in my yard eating the bird seed, she would sleep on my neighbors table. We could not find anyone to claim her. A rooster did show up one time and she was gone for 2 hours and was back in my yard. So I went looking into raising chickens. The daughter next door made her a tarp coop it is not safe but she wont come into mine. So I feed her water her she sits in the run with my girls and rooster and lays eggs in my nest.
