Hello everyone, I'm Lindsey and my husband and I just joined the "backyard chickens" club when we got 6 little girls about 3-4weeks ago. We got 6 different breeds and are delighting in all the girls' colors and personalities. "The Girls" are: Lucy, Ethyl, Laverne, Shirley, Thelma, and Louise. I wasn't sure about this whole chicken thing, but somehow they've won my heart. Anyway, it's nice to meet ya'll and I look forward to all the chicken fun to come!

Isn't it amazing how we go from cautiously venturing into chicken ownership to "crazy chicken lover" so quickly? lol At least here we aren't crazy because that's normal behavior!
