This was Matilda 2 days before she passed. I was trying to figure out the issue with her head/beak/comb area.

this is new chickwn we got Sunday her name is Nell and she and Phyllis my polish are checking themselves out in the mirror yesterday.

And this is the awesome coop/enclosed run my wonderful bf built me on my bday this june (ahem AFTER we got my first 4 chickens on my bday weekend, but we had already gotten all the materials) & new coops/runs soon.

Sorry about the loss of Matilda, she was a really pretty color. Can't really see what is going on with their heads in the pictures, is it feather loss or scabs etc? Do you have a rooster?
Funny picture of Nell and Phyllis, they do look like they are wondering who those beautiful chickens are in the mirror. Cute coop!

this was Matilda before she passed away up close. 3 of her littermates are still well and thriving. She had this weird thing going on her head?

Now I have added a rooster today. Lenny is a salmon favorelle x wellsummer x light bramha? He's had the de-crowing surgery. He's making quite an impression on my ladies.
 
I had to turn the mirror around Lenny kept fighting with himself.
