They both look like hens the one on the bottom the darker one is probably going to start laying soon the lighter one is just taking longer to mature as long as she is eating and drinking and acting normal she is good i wouldn't worry

Hello and welcome to BYC...the place of the most friendly and knowledgeable people on the planet. Glad joined the community..I'm a newbie myself and by no means an expert. We have a pair of gold laced Wyandottes that are the same age 6 months..the smallest of the two has been laying eggs now for almost 3 weeks the other that is half again bigger has barely a hint of a comb..I wouldn't worry too much about their development..I'm guessing they are just like us and develope at their own rate. Cute pullets whatever stage of development they are in
