Yes, absolutely give her the yogurt. But it will install good microbes in her gut, not cure the yeast. You will still need to treat with miconazole.

Just another update. I noticed she sleeps standing up. She doesn’t lay down. And when she wakes up she acts like she is swallowing salia. Any insight on this?

She did eat up the egg I put in her food dish though real fast.

A yeasty crop is very uncomfortable. It's normal to see a chicken with this crop disorder move their head and neck in weird ways. Chickens that do not feel well will nap standing up during the day.
