New Chicken Mom!

Hello all! I became a first time chicken mama to 6 precious little pullets less than a week ago. My only prior experience has been raising 8 Mallard ducks about 15 years ago, so I will have lots of questions for all you experienced chicken owners as I embark on this new journey! I also provide daily care for 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 horse, a 4 month old human and a husband

I have ISA Browns as they were the only sexed breed available. But after talking for a while with the (surprisingly) very informative TSC employee, it sounds like they are a great breed for first time, low maintenance chicken owners and kid-friendly too!
