You've joined a great community of folks who know quite a bit and are always happy to share their expertise, advice and support.

My flock includes Buckeyes (lovely birds who regularly lay nice, big eggs) and a Speckled Sussex, Bronwyn. She is absolutely unable to let me do any work by myself and insists on "helping" me, often by scratching in the piles I've just put together. Whenever I move a water trough, she is the first to check for earthworms, which she eats with great enthusiasm.
