Hello fellow chicken lovers. My name is Harley, and am a new chicken momma to six 4 week old chickens. We started the new adventure a week ago and have never owned/ raised chicks before. I found this site by searching Google for advise and each search I found this forum. I'm excited to be apart of the group and hope to offer support and ideas in the future!
1 of the 6 chicks I've had to be very involved with helping her survive, her name is Topples (she's on the left). She barley survived the first night, has splayed legs, imbalanced and the smallest of the flock. I'll post more about her to see if anyone can help me help her!

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. Have you posted pics. of your splay legged chick at "Emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures thread?" Hobbles may be able to correct her legs if she isn't too old for them..
