New chicken momma with breed question

I heard back from the hatchery. She agreed it was a mistake and was very apologetic. My EEs will ship this Wednesday. I'm assuming it will be alright to put the 3 day olds in with the 10 day olds? I will watch and separate if need be.

Glad they were able to fix their mistake. I would be a little worried about mixing ages but hopefully 7 days doesn't make to big of a difference. As long as you keep an eye on them and are able to seperate them if you have to, it should be ok.

Great to hear you have things sorted and that you were able to rehome your mistake chicks :D

They should be fine to mix in together. From newly hatched to about 2 weeks they should get along ok. Just keep an eye on them :thumbsup
