New Chicken Momma!!!

Hey everybody I'm new here. I purchased my first chicks about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I have 2 pullets but I'm unsure about the other 10. I still have them in a box with a heat lamp. They started flying out of the box so I made a screen cover. I have them on chick starter and I sprinkle some grit on there food. There coop is finished it is a 10×10×6ft dog kennel chain link fence and we put chicken wire around the top,bottom,and sides. I have so many questions and I am so glad there is a community I can go to.
