Sounds like he is brewing a respiratory infection.
You can try giving him a course of Tylosin to see if that helps clear him up. You can purchase Tylan 50 online and at some farm stores. The dose would be 2 1/4 cc given orally once daily for 5-7 days or split the dose in half and give it twice daily.

Thank you for your answer,i have given him some electrolytes and scrambled eggs and that seemed to help

UPDATE stoppes sneezing at around 4 pm and havent done anything since and is acting normal again

Keep a close eye on him and please keep us informed. in the meantime get some vetryx. Put a small drop in his water. When he drinks it will get on his beak. Definitely an item you'll want in your much needed chicken first aide box.
