New chicken owner joining the club.

Hello! I've been lurking around reading all the helpful threads and decided to finally step out and engage! I'm L from Ohio. I'm a new chicken owner after dreaming about it for a decade. We have a mixed flock of rhode island reds, easter eggers, barred rocks, and buff orpingtons. They are about 12 weeks old now and we've been having great fun with them. I am still putting together a "first aid kit" for when they inevitably have an illness or injury and will happily take suggestions for what i should have handy that isn't obvious. Looking forward to gleaning all the wisdom shared here and maybe one day being able to offer some myself!
