Hi all, just thought i would drop in and introduce myself
i'm Ian as you can guess? i'm 33 and live in the Uk , i have 5 Hens and they are about 26 weeks and 1 has just started to lay a few days ago really looking forward to having my own chickens

as im new and want to make friends i thought i would share something with everyone, as i could not seem to find one anywhere that is useful..

An daily egg collection chart for Excel... so created this for all to share..

it works out how many dozen eggs collected & how many damaged eggs lost

hope someone finds it useful.

Everyone is lovely on here thanks for the warm welcome.. appreciated



Been out playing with the hens today, bought them meal worms and mixed corn as they are on layers pellets for there main feed,
and an awesome little device looks like an Egg but its plastic, bright yellow and splits into two half.
You then fill it with treats "mixed corn and worms"

they went crazy!!! should of taken a pic might do it tomorrow...
and the eggs are getting bigger every day so all is good
