Looks a lot like cocci. How long has it been happening?

I would be inclined to get some sulmet, corid or other anti coccidiosis treatment and treat them as soon as you can. Unfortunately cocci is a disease that often only gets noticed once it is at an advanced stage, so it is much better to treat than to do nothing.
