I am a newbie, I just got my 1st chickens about 2 1/2 weeks ago
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I was told I have some olive Eggers, silkies, barn yard mix
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I can't wait for fresh eggs

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I love to craft...t-shirts and decals

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I work at an animal shelter and have 4 children who all have graduated!
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D I found this page by looking for an answer on whats going on with my chick
 
Guess what. You are not alone. We all joined when looking up the words " What is going on with my chick?" It is kind of like an initiation and sorta reminds me of a teenage boy who is beginning to date. " What is wrong with this chick?" My Chick is gone!"
