Went out to feed tonight and have a a 3month old rhode island red that is lethargic, holding herself funny, has diahrea, and vomiting. We have brought her in the house hoping that maybe she is just overheated,(maybe not the best thing to do, but this is where we started them out at) Anyway, regardless, we have 8 other chickens 7 the same age that appear to be fine. she will not eat or drink. Can anyone give any insight on what might be wrong with this baby girl?

Yikes!
good thing you brought her in. How does her crop feel? You may have to start giving her water with a syringe or dropper. Hopefully she just has something that will finish up soon. You can also give her yogurt and eggs to bring her back up.

Sorry to hear, you will know quickly if she'll pull out of it. Try giving water as best you can and keep her separated from the rest. She could have eaten something that isn't agreeing with her or blocking her crop or it could be something else. It's so hard to tell. There are various remedies that people recommend on here, just search the site for crop problems or sick chicken. Good luck.
