I have a medium sized coop with attached run. My chicken are about 6 weeks old and doing great! I have a Wellsummer and a Leghorn for sure, the others I'm not sure about. I visited this site a lot during the incubation process and have found a lot of useful info since then. Hoping for fresh eggs in a few months!

Hi there! Welcome to this community! I love how you got started with your chickens. Be sure and let us know how it goes. I bought 4 young hens already laying, from one of our local feed stores. We've had them about 6 weeks now. And it's wonderful to watch them free ranging. So relaxing. And the fresh eggs are awesome. Let us know how everything goes for you.
