new chicken with diarrhea

I just brought in a new hen (Leghorn) 2-3 months old and has clear watery diarrhea.
Im new at this and coul;d someone help tell me if sick or??

I would say she is just stressed because you say you just added her to your flock. Put some apple cider vinegar(1 tbs. for a gallon of water)in the water and see if that helps.
