New Chicken!

So a few months ago I lost a heft portion of my flock (egg layers, breeders, and yard birds) to predators and vandals, and was left with 3 roosters. But today, my friend brought me a gift, a cute little 4 month old Red Star! now i have a little friend for one of the lonely roosters

Now all thats left is to find some new breeding stock and order a batch of layers!

Sorry to hear of your losses. That's an awfully thoughtful & nice friend to giving you a jump start replacing your flock. Enjoy rebuilding and hopefully you've set up a security system to help prevent issues.
