New chickens introduced into my flock are pecking at each other and now pecking at themselves

I've been raising chickens for 6 years now. And I have very successfully introduced new chicks to existing dickens and have never had any issues.
I recently introduced six americanas to my existing chickens. I followed the process I've always done by keeping them contained inside the coop so that they could all be aware of each other and then little by little would let them out and put them back in. On the third day of letting them out I came to the Chicken Coop and I saw one chicken had been packed in the back above tail feathers. I didn't see it happen but I figured it was one of the larger chickens. So I separated the little guys from the bigger chickens. Later that day two more chickens were packed. So the little guys are pecking at each other. I took the three injured chickens and have used blue coat and antiseptics and all the products and I've kept them all separated to heal. However, the injured chicks are still pecking at themselves now.

Anyone experience this? Any suggestions or help?
