New chickens to us anyways...was recommended all-purpose antibiotics..

so we got some and are a tad bit confused as to how much we really need. We have a 3 gallon water feeder, and we just need to add some to ward off any funky stuff the chickens may have because of stress, or whatever.

Does anyone know how much powder we put in their water?

Can't give you any directions if we don't know what it is..but actually I wouldn't give them anything unless they come down with something..then you want to make sure it's bacterial, viral or fungal..or you're liable to make things worse by running down the immune system by mistreating.
