New Chicks 2.5 weeks Diarreah

Newbie here!! Please help me!! What would cause my 2.5 week old chick (s) to have diarreah? I think it is only one chick...I need to know so I can help it!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

You might be dealing with cecal poop which is normal about every 8-10 droppings. Here's a link with pics, scroll down some.

What color is the poop?
