I thought those were my OEs too at first! They are getting light feathers now though! One has cream color coming in and the other is getting white! They have completely stumped me lol
Maybe you and your friend can agree to swap after they start laying so you both get what you want?
Yeah we may do that! Since she’s not getting hers till they’re fully feathered, I’m hoping we can kinda figure out who’s who by then.
I used paper towels a couple days to stop the leghorns from eating the pine shavings ( underneath the paper towels)
The Welsummer looks very similar to the brown leghorn that young. Super cute!
The leghorns are still afraid I'll eat them so they don't get too close.When it comes time to lock them up they go right in.The welsummers look at me as if they're entitled to stay out longer
