20.5 weeks and look at her! Definitely pullet and I love her glorious beard so much. Getting pretty red but zero wattles! Does that seem normal? My other girls’ wattles got big with the red coming in.

She's beautiful! Eggs should be soon!!

She probably won't have visible waddles. Typically the ladies that have beards and pea combs don't have noticeable wattles.

Ok good to know! I was trying to zoom in on your OE’s to see their wattles. Mama OE has some but no beard so that makes sense. I have one that looks just like her but she’s not getting red quite yet. I bet she’ll get little wattles like yours.

Both my OE girls have very small wattles but they don't have the nice beards like yours does.

Pay no attention to the anger in the eyes of the mama. I knew better than to get closer to her babies.

I love them! The black in the first one is so cool! It’s crazy how much my other one looks like your mama. Love the yellow feathers on the neck

At a little over 21 weeks, one of my EEs laid her first egg! Pretty egg from a pretty girl!

I don’t know for 100% certainty it was her but like 95%. She was in the box like she was going to lay about 45 mins before. Abe (beardy OE I posted a few days ago) is also very red but I didn’t see her in the house at all today. (Hoping her egg is more olive green ) And the other 3 teenagers are still prob a month+ out from laying based on their combs.
