i have 24 chicks at four weeks old. i put them outside in a nice8x12 by10 foot insulated chicken coop with a tin roof over wood. it is 64 degrees in day 38 to 50 at night and ther are 5 grown chickens with them and a grown rooster. is this ok? last night was first night out. they were all fine when i opened coop this morning. i keep auto feeders and water feeders in coop. i kept bigger chickens out of coop last night. also why do the little ones pek the foam insulation so much?
