new chicks! question on temps

yeah mine are a week old and they like it between 80 -85

Excellent choice of the breeds, especially the Rhode Island Reds and Buff Orpingtons. They will make good pets someday! (Not to mention eggs and meat!)

I choose to keep them in the house because it's much warmer. Covering them with a thick blanket is a good idea because they need to be warm.
