It sounds like you already have adult birds - have you integrated before? I'd cut the plan by half - assuming those temperatures hold you can have healthy standard feathered birds out without heat at 3-4 weeks (or if heat can be run to the brooder, then sooner than that). And then you can start the see but no touch process. Adult birds see smaller chicks as less threatening so that's something you can take advantage of when integrating.
