New chicks, thinking they may be boys.. help me figure it out?

I got a blue frizzle cochin today and a black silkie from a swap.

The owners said they weren't sure on sex... but I'm almost 100% sure the cochin is a boy due to his/her comb.

I can keep roos where I live, and wouldn't mind getting him some cochin ladies next spring, just gotta know for sure!
