New chicks

Hatched 7 chicks in incubator for the first time yesterday. I bred my isa brown hen and rhode island red rooster. And same rooster and australorp hen. I have a chick that is really white-ish and one that looks like it has chipmunk markings. I was just wondering if the white one could be or look a lot like a rhode island white in the future? Any help on them would be greatly appreciated!!

ISA Browns are a sex-linked hybrid resulting from a white roo/red hen... male chicks are white and females are gold/brownish. But they won't breed true and also lose the sex linkage to be able to tell gender by color.

So are the red chipmunk chicks and white one all from the ISAB?
Hybrids are extremely productive birds, but their offspring usually lose that hybrid vigor so will not be as productive as the mom. I'd say that since your white chick is a 2nd generation cross, it's hard to say what color for sure it will grow up to be. I think it would likely have some red leakage or splashes, or maybe turn out to be somewhat buff or gold.

Cross breeds are funny. I've seen chicks that all appear to be the same color grow up to have completely different feathering. And the opposite with easter eggers... chicks that have vastly different chipmunk markings grow up to look almost identical. Sorry I'm no help

Yes the chipmunk ones and white one is from isa brown. I only have 2 that are black from the australorp.
