New Chicks

I have 6 week old chicks and was wondering when was a good time to introduce them to the rest of the flock

My opinion is when they are about the same size as your other chickens. Keep 'um separated where they can see each other a few days and then integrate them at night; put 'um on the roosts with the others and when they wake up in the morning, the 'original' chickens think they've always been there (in their little chicken minds). Either be there to watch what happens when they wake up or make sure the new ones have a place that they can get away from any serious agression.
