New chkn pin dead chckns

I built a new chicken pin yesterday for my new polish trio. I used an old chicken box but cleaned it out... never having problems with it before. I went out there this morning and the rooster is dead and the hens are not getting around to good. I have had them for 5 days and they had been fine until i put them in the pin.
what could of happened?

Perhaps they were sick when you got them....what symptoms are the hens showing?

What did you ise to clean up with? Any toxic stuff??
