i am wanting to make a new color of a japanese or sebright but i need some info. i have a btw japanese rooster and i'm wanting to breed him to a golden sebright hen. i am trying to make either a long tailed sebright or a golden laced japanese (that is what i will call them but it depends on if it looks like a japanese or sebright). anyone who knows what the possible outcomes would or might be please post the info. I don't know how well the Longtail Sebright would do with the hen feathering. I think the reason the longtail breeds have such long feathers is because of the lack of the hen-feathering gene. They may just end up like a phoenix hen rather than the rooster.
