New coop and run

I would stick with a raised wood floor with pine chips and straw for bedding. I treated my coop floor with sealer. I am considering blackjack or linoleum, but am kinda liking the natural wood floor and how clean it stays with the deep bedding. I use large tubs with timothy grass for nest boxes, but I have a large coop. I like that they are easily cleanable and movable.

First time seeing Black Jack 57 being used.
1. How long after installing/painting on before chicks can use coop?
2. Is this better than vinyl flooring?

1. Black Jack does take some time to cure (plus 2 coats is recommended). I think I did one coat, let it sit maybe 3-4 days, did another coat, and then let it sit another week or two while I worked on building the roost, nest boxes, etc.

2. I've never used vinyl so can't compare.
